Hi! My name is Danielle... or Coach D. I've been in the fitness industry for over 16 years teaching movement to all ages and abilities. My background ranges from teaching swimming, to cardio kickboxing, to TRX and Pilates. I have extensive experience in pre/post natal exercise, working with orthopedic injuries and specialize in correcting form during movement. When we can get the body to perform a movement with good form, the correct muscles will fire up and join the party!

In every workout, I like to work the entire body in all ranges of motion, most often incorporating stretches into the workout to maintain our flexibility and full range of motion. Everyday should be a different workout experience to not only avoid over training injuries, but keep it fresh and enjoyable!
