Service Description

Stretch, tone and balance your body with Pilates! You’ll see improvements in balance, posture and flexibility all while having fun! No two classes are the same, while always being tailored to the participants in class. In this small group of 4 participants you’ll get personalized attention to ensure correct form and adjustments for your unique body.

Cancellation Policy

Outdoor Workouts & Pilates Drop-Ins: Kindly cancel your class 24 hours ahead of time and your session will remain for later use. Cancellations within 24 hours will lose that session/be responsible for the drop-in fee.
